How does the Lansa & Moi loyalty program work?
From 50€
- Receive 5 loyalty points
i.e. 2.5€ discount on your next order
From 100€
- Receive 10 loyalty points
i.e. 5€ discount on your next order
From 200€
- Receive 20 loyalty points
i.e. 10€ discount on your next order
- 1 loyalty point = €0.50 reduction
- You earn 1 loyalty point for every €10 purchase *
- *Limited to 100 points per order. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
What are the benefits of Lansa & Me?
Each new order allows you to accumulate loyalty points to be used on your next Lansa OpticWare order.
How to register for the loyalty program?
There is no need for additional registration to participate in the Lansa & Moi loyalty program. By creating your account or placing an order, you automatically receive your loyalty points.
How do I use my loyalty points?
To use your loyalty points and get a discount, nothing could be simpler!
To do this, add the points accumulated during your previous orders to your future order from your basket. You are free to select the number of loyalty points you wish to spend. Please note that loyalty points are credited once your order has been delivered. These are valid for 6 months from the date of your order. In the event of a refund, the points accumulated will be canceled. The use of loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotions.
How do I find out my Lansa & Moi balance?
To find out the number of loyalty points you have accumulated, go to the page My account, Lansa & Me tab or from your basket.
